Payments are online and in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You can pay by debit/credit card or with your JazzCash account (card or wallet). Your court is reserved as soon as payment is confirmed.

Yes. Payments are processed over secure, encrypted connections through our payment partners (JazzCash and Bank Alfalah). GameOn never stores your full card details.

Cancellation and refund terms are set per venue and shown before you pay. Eligible cancellations are refunded to your original payment method; you can manage your bookings from your GameOn dashboard.

Yes — a free account lets you book, see your upcoming games, manage cancellations and track your history. You can sign up with your email and phone, or sign in with Google in one tap.

Availability on GameOn is live. The slots you see are the venue's real open times, synced with other bookings, so the slot you pick is held for you the moment you pay.

You earn GameOn loyalty points on eligible activity. Points can be redeemed against future bookings at checkout, lowering what you pay in PKR.

Yes. With Squads you can create or join a team, organise recurring games, and coordinate with other players — then book a court for your squad in a few taps.

Yes. The GameOn player app lets you find venues, check live availability, book and pay, and manage your games on the go. You can download it from the Google Play Store.

Sign up as a venue manager, add your venue and courts, set your hourly prices and opening hours, and publish. Once approved, your courts appear in search with live, bookable availability.

Creating a manager account and listing your venue is free. GameOn earns through a service fee on completed bookings — you only pay when you get paid.

Customer payments for confirmed bookings are collected online and settled to you on your payout cycle, minus the platform fee. You can track earnings and payouts from your manager dashboard.

Yes. From the manager dashboard you control court schedules, hourly pricing, and closures/vacations, and everything updates on your public venue page in real time.
